Store Policies

Hours of Operation

The CAP Fleet Upfitters online store hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Central Standard Time (CST). All calls, messages, and emails received outside of this time will be answered promptly the following business day.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed promptly and in the order they are received. Parts that need to be ordered from a manufacturer may take up to 30 days to process, in this case a sales representative will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and estimated ship time.

Order Cancellations

All orders of in-stock items that have not been shipped can be cancelled at any time; as long as the order has not been shipped. If we had to order the item from the manufacturer a 10% processing fee will be assessed to cover the fees issued by the manufacturer for the cancellation. If an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled under any circumstance.
